DOH to set up health stations in select public schools

10 Schools Qualify for DOH-DEPED TSEK-AP Program

Public schools are often the venues utilized for medical missions such as those regularly sponsored by Rep. Villarica for her constituents. But recently, a Department of Health innovation is to set up an area within strategic public schools to serve as brangay health stations for communities that are distant from the nearest rural health unit. The DOH-DEPED tie-up called Tskek-Ap Program shall also serve as much needed school clinics. For the 4th District of Bulacan, public schools in the following barangays have been proposed as Tsek-Ap Sites: 1) Marilao - Prenza, Sta. Rosa1; 2) Meycauyan City - Gasak, Malhacan, Saluysoy, Perez, Ubihan and Bagbaguin; 3) Obando - Catanghalan; 4) Sta. Maria - Caypombo, San Gabriel, San Vicente, Camangyanan.
